Pawan Sharma

Pawan Sharma is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and software development sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Ciena since July 2016, Pawan focuses on Cisco's next-generation unified products that enhance wired and wireless connectivity. Prior to this role, Pawan held the position of Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from January 2014 to July 2016, contributing to product enhancements and support. Pawan began the career as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies from February 2011 to January 2014, where work centered on Ericson's CMX devices protocol stack. Pawan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from IIMT College of Engineering, earned between 2006 and 2010.
