Perci Sripath has been with Ciena since January 2009, starting as a Network Specialist and progressing to roles such as Consultant, Senior Manager, and currently Senior Consultant. With expertise in various Ciena optical platforms and products, as well as experience in providing technical support for global cloud customers, Perci has a strong background in network engineering and product lifecycle management. Prior to Ciena, Perci worked at Nortel Networks as a VoIP Network Engineer and Network Specialist, honing skills in optical transmission systems and customer support. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Carleton University, Perci excels in providing best-in-class technical solutions and support for high-profile customers.
