Philippe Lamothe

Philippe Lamothe is an experienced professional in the engineering field with a strong background in electrical and industrial engineering. Philippe has been with Ciena since June 2009, currently holding the position of Director of Component Engineering after serving as a Senior Test Manager. Prior to Ciena, Philippe worked at Nortel N from 1997 to March 2010, where roles included Hardware Design Engineer. Philippe completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières from 1993 to 1997 and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, earned between 1992 and 1996.
