Rakesh Singh is an experienced professional with a background in service systems integration and customer care. Currently, Rakesh serves as a Service Systems Integration and Blue Planet - MCP Consultant at Ciena since January 2013, having previously held various roles including System Integration Specialist QA and Global Customer Care.
