Ramesh Radhamani

Ramesh Radhamani is an experienced data governance and master data management (MDM) professional, currently serving as the Enterprise Data Governance Leader at Ciena since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as MDM Leader at LabCorp from December 2013 to September 2022, where significant contributions included managing MDM upgrades and enhancing Match & Merge processes, achieving an over 80% reduction in suspect count. Ramesh also served as MDM Architect/Lead at Lowe's Home Improvement, MDM Architect at TurningPoint Global Solutions, and Team Lead - MDM at NTT DATA. Ramesh holds a Master of Computer Application and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Bharathiar University.
