Remus Tan is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in product line management, solutions architecture, and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Product Line Management for 5G and Mobility Products at Ciena since 2016, Remus drives portfolio strategy, product investment, and lifecycle management. Prior roles include Senior Advisor for Mobility Architecture in Ciena’s CTO Group, and solutions management positions at Oracle and Tekelec focusing on LTE applications and mobile core signaling. Early career experiences include roles at Tellabs, Axerra Networks, and Ciena, where Remus honed expertise in mobile backhaul and network consulting.
