Robert Williams

Robert (Bo) Williams serves as the Director of Customer Operations and Program Management at Ciena, where they lead program management functions and oversee major global customer accounts generating significant revenue. Bo has extensive experience in optical networking and military aviation, having previously held senior roles at Ciena, including Senior Program Manager and Services Deployment Manager. Prior to Ciena, Bo served with distinction as a U.S. Army Officer, gaining valuable leadership experience in various operational roles. Bo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
