Siddharth Jain

Siddharth Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project delivery, operations, and customer service within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Director and Franchise Leader for Project and Service Operations India at Ciena since March 2012, Siddharth oversees a multi-million dollar services portfolio, focusing on tier 1 telecom players in India. Prior roles at Ciena include Sr. Manager and Project Manager, where significant achievements include the implementation of the first 100G NLD network and the introduction of Ciena's Packet solution in India. Siddharth also has experience as a Bidding Manager at Huawei, where responsibilities included managing pre-sales activities and contract negotiations. Previous to this, Siddharth held positions in project management and research analysis at Ciena and Perot Systems Corporation. An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science.
