Steve Buchanan

Steve Buchanan is an experienced quality professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Quality Specialist and Quality Consultant at Ciena since March 2010, Steve has previously held the role of Quality Account Manager at Nortel Networks from October 1984 to March 2010. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Campbell University, completed between 1990 and 1992, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina Wesleyan University, obtained between 1988 and 1990.
