Sujit Rai is a seasoned engineering leader with over 14 years of experience, including four years in a management role. They have a proven track record in technology solutions, operational and program management, and team building across diverse geographical settings. Sujit has held multiple roles at Ciena, including Sr. Manager for Solution Testing and Manager in Engineering Tech Support, where they managed customer escalations and mentored new engineers. Additionally, Sujit worked at TATA Communications as a Network Executive, focusing on service availability and network stability. They are currently pursuing a degree at NIT Jamshedpur.
