Tami Early

Tami Early currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager for Majors & Markets at Ciena, while also holding the position of Global Chair for Women @ Ciena. Tami has held this role since November 2019, having previously been the Vice President and General Manager for Major Accounts in the same organization. Prior to Ciena, Tami spent over 15 years at Cisco in various positions, including Head of Global Channel AT&T and National Business Development Manager. Earlier in Tami's career, a role as Director of Sales at SBC was undertaken from 1999 to 2004. Tami holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary's University School of Law (1994-1997) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Internal Business from St. Mary's University (1990-1994).
