Thomas Liu is an experienced treasury leader currently serving as Vice President & Treasurer at Ciena. With a robust background in transforming corporate capital structures and extensive transactional experience in capital markets, they have worked on acquisition financing, leveraged loans, and global debt issuance across the US, Europe, and Asia. Liu's past roles include Vice President of Capital Markets at MoneyGram International and Senior Director, Assistant Treasurer at Celanese, demonstrating a deep expertise in treasury operations and corporate finance. Liu holds an M.B.A. from Tulane University and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Shanghai International Studies University.
