Vivek Verma is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in application development and network management systems. Currently serving as a Manager at Ciena since November 2022, Vivek leads a team focused on enhancing internal applications for voice products. Prior to this role, Vivek worked at Colt Technology Services for over 12 years, initially as Associate Senior Manager, managing a team responsible for developing internal applications, and also held positions as Consultant, Senior Team Lead, Senior Technical Lead, and Technical Lead within Ciena. Earlier experience includes system testing for network management systems at UTStarcom. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Institute of Technology and Management, completed in 2004.
