Yaniv Hagadish is a seasoned business leader currently serving as the General Manager and Regional Managing Director at Ciena, where they lead business development and sales initiatives in Israel and Russia. Yaniv has a proven track record of delivering measurable results and has extensive experience in analyzing market opportunities to implement successful Go-To-Market strategies. Previously, they held positions at the Israeli Navy as a Navy Seals Officer, at Nortel as a Sales Manager and Strategic Account Manager, and at Bynet as a Key Account Manager. Yaniv graduated with honors with a B.Sc. in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies.
