Yong Yin

Yong Yin is an experienced Software Designer with a robust background in the telecommunications and software industries, having held positions at notable companies such as Ciena, Siemens, Northforge, Alcatel-Lucent Canada, and Nortel Networks. Yong Yin achieved a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Xidian University, completing this degree from 1994 to 1997, following an M.Eng. in Computer Software from the same institution between 1989 and 1992.
