Esme Hill

Esme Hill has a diverse work experience background. Esme started their career as a Qualified Lifeguard at Help for Heroes, where they served as the Head Lifeguard at Headley Court Army Rehabilitation Centre. Esme was responsible for ensuring the pool and gym areas were ready for classes and handling administrative tasks.

After their gap year, Esme worked as a Supervisor at Havaianas Puerto Rico, where they played a vital role in setting up the flagship store at Gatwick Airport. Esme managed the store, compiled sales reports, and oversaw a team of sales staff.

Esme then joined Mango as an Assistant Manager, where they hired, trained, and managed a team of 10 colleagues. Esme excelled in leadership and customer service, handling customer enquiries and complaints effectively.

Next, Esme joined esure Group as an Advanced Fraud Investigator. Esme quickly progressed to become a senior and experienced member of the Fraud Prevention Team. Esme monitored and investigated fraud rings, interviewed customers, and provided support and training to new team members. Their exceptional work earned their the title of "Outstanding Achiever" in 2017 and 2018.

Currently, Esme Hill works at Cifas as a Senior Data Integrity Officer. Their responsibilities include protecting the integrity of the Cifas databases by analyzing data trends, conducting reviews, handling complaints, and supporting members. Esme utilizes insights gained from these processes to improve data quality.

Esme Hill attended the University of Southampton from 2013 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
