CIG Management, LLC (“CIG”) is the property management division of the firm.  The management portfolio that currently consists of 250 housing units is extremely diverse and requires broad expertise and capacity.  Jay Johnson has directed the management of 4,500 housing units including affordable housing for families and seniors, market rate housing, public housing and condominium associations.  Today “CIG” employs experienced staff and has the back room systems in place to ensure the successful day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio.  “CIG”, its’ staff and systems provides the foundation for continued growth.
