Alex Alex (Xingqiang) is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), focusing on research in digital governance in China, the Group of Twenty, China's foreign economic policy making, and Canada-China economic relations. Alex (Xingqiang) also held positions at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Center for Development and Strategy of Macau, and Yuxi Normal University. Alex (Xingqiang) holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and Affairs from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
