Patrick Leblond is currently the CN-Paul M. Tellier Chair on Business and Public Policy and an Associate Professor of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. Patrick is also a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). With a Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University, Patrick has a strong background in international business and consulting, having held positions at HEC Montreal, SECOR Consulting, Arthur Andersen & Co., and Ernst & Young. Additionally, Patrick has degrees from SOAS University of London, University of Cambridge, Lund University, HEC Montréal, and Marianopolis College.
