Demetria Wright has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Demetria started working at JCPenney in 2010 as a Sr. Industrial Engineer and held that position until 2013. In 2013, they joined Cigna as a Business Project Manager and later took on the role of Director Operational Excellence. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Precision Care Management at Cigna.
Demetria Wright earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Spelman College from 1992 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. In 2017, Demetria obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
