Jon Buffa is an experienced healthcare executive with a strong background in provider contracting and network development. Currently serving as AVP of Provider Contracting at Cigna, Jon's responsibilities include executing cost of care strategies, managing ancillary networks, and driving Medicare Advantage network growth. Previously, as Director of the Healthcare Consulting Practice at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, Jon managed projects for life science and healthcare clients, performed due diligence, and analyzed market trends. Jon's earlier roles include Interim President and Chief Growth Officer at Access MediQuip, where strategic growth initiatives were led, and Vice President positions at Magellan Health and CareCore National, focusing on network development and contract management. Jon holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Baruch College and a BA in Economics from Binghamton University.
