Tim Downs has had over 20 years of experience in the marketing and creative field. Tim started their career at Martino Flynn in 1998, where they worked as the Executive Creative Director for more than two decades. During their time there, they led creative teams and was a member of the agency's senior management team. In 2019, Tim joined Downs Creative Strategy as a Creative Director, where they worked directly with agencies and clients to develop creative strategies based on audience insights. Later that year, they moved to Cigna as an Associate Creative Director, where they focused on brand strategy and creative development.
Tim Downs attended the Rochester Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design.
