Mico Halili has extensive work experience in the media industry. Mico started their career in 1995 with ABS-CBN Corporation as a Sports Anchor, News Anchor, Sports Reporter, and Producer, where they worked until 2002. Mico then worked at ABC 5 as a Sports Anchor and Producer from 2004 to 2008. Mico joined Solar Entertainment Corporation as a Sports Anchor from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they also worked at GMA Network, Inc. as an Online Sports Columnist, Podcast Host, and Podcast Producer from 2010 to 2015. In 2011, they joined TV5 Network Inc. as a Sports Anchor and Producer until 2015. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Editor In Chief at SLAM. Mico then joined CNN Philippines as a Sports Anchor and Producer from 2015 to 2017. Mico Halili later joined ABS-CBN Corporation again in 2018 as the Head of Digital Sports, a role they held until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Cignal TV, Inc. as the Creative Director for Sports Programs and Sports Digital Properties, and they recently became the Head of Sports Content in April 2022.
Mico Halili obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
