Jonathan S. has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Jonathan started their career at Concentrix in 2006 as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to customers. Jonathan then joined Atos in 2008 as an L2 IT Helpdesk Support, assisting colleagues with computer and network issues. At Baker & McKenzie, they worked as an Event Detection Analyst, monitoring and validating alerts related to IT systems. Jonathan later joined Refinitiv as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to clients. Jonathan then worked at IBM as an Information Technology Help Desk Support, managing users' IT issues and maintaining vendor relations. Jonathan then joined National Computer Systems as a Network and Computer Systems Administrator, responsible for administering network and computer systems. Currently, they are working at CIGNEX as a System Design Engineer & Analyst.

Jonathan S. completed their High School Diploma at San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila. Jonathan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at FEU Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1997 to 2012.
