Vikash T.

Vikash T. started working at CIGNEX in 2022 as a Senior Business Analyst. Vikash is currently working as a Solution Lead for the Page Conversion Program and is involved in multiple projects simultaneously. Vikash'sresponsibilities include gathering requirements, creating project documents, and collaborating with developers and QA team members. Vikash also assists Product Managers and Onshore Stakeholders in defining the product vision and roadmap.

Prior to their role at CIGNEX, Vikash worked at Appy Pie from 2014 to 2018. Vikash started as a Senior Technical Engineer, providing online support to clients and customers for Mobile Applications. Later, they served as a Technical Support Manager, responsible for managing technical support for their SAAS Business Model. During their tenure, they displayed excellent communication skills and maintained a high level of client interaction quality.

Vikash T. completed their education in a chronological manner. Vikash attended Thakur Shyam Narayn High School from 2002 to 2007 and obtained their S.S.C degree there. In 2010, they enrolled at Late Shri. Vishnu Waman Thakur Charitable Trust VIVA Institute of Technology as well as the University of Mumbai. Vikash completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and also obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from VIVA Institute of Technology. Additionally, in July 2022, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
