Luigi Colla

Luigi Colla is currently the Submarine Systems Engineering Director at Prysmian Group, where they have held various positions since 2016, including Product Manager and Head of AC Submarine Systems Engineering. They also serve as the Chair of the Tutorial Advisory Group for CIGRE’s Study Committee B1 on Insulated Cables since 2022. Previously, Luigi worked as a Senior Power Systems Engineer at Terna from 2005 to 2012. They earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Power Systems from the University of Rome "La Sapienza," and completed an International Leadership Program at SDA Bocconi from 2013 to 2015.
