Mathaios Panteli

Mathaios Panteli holds extensive experience in academia and research, currently serving as an André Jaumotte Chair at the Université libre de Bruxelles from September 2023 to August 2024. Previously, Mathaios worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Assistant Professor at the University of Cyprus from September 2015 to January 2017 and has held an Honorary Lecturer position at Imperial College London since September 2022. In addition to these roles, Mathaios was Chair of the CIGRE WG C4.47 "Power System Resilience" and the CIGRE Cyprus National Committee from January 2018 to December 2022. Previous appointments include Teaching Assistant and Project Mentor at the University of Manchester from October 2010 to September 2012, and Lecturer in Power Systems and Post-Doctoral Research Associate at The University of Manchester from February 2017 to December 2020. Education includes a Meng from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a PhD from The University of Manchester, both in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Electrical Energy and Power Systems, respectively.
