Maxim Shadrin

Maxim Shadrin has extensive work experience in various design roles. Maxim started their career in 2005 as a Graphic Designer at Xerox. In 2007, they worked as a Web Designer at NewAgeLab, where they focused on web design and corporate identity. From 2010 to 2013, Maxim worked at SysIQ, Inc. as a QA Engineer and JIRA Administrator, responsible for creating test cases, bug reports, and providing estimations for QA activities. Maxim then joined Astound Commerce in 2013 as a Team Lead and Senior JIRA Administrator, where they managed the team's operations and provided training for new employees. In 2016, Maxim worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Infopulse. Their most recent role was at Ciklum, where they started as a Senior UX/UI Designer in 2018 and eventually became a Design Lead in 2020.

Maxim Shadrin attended Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Specialist degree in Computer Systems and Networks. Additionally, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued another Specialist degree at the same institution, this time in Engineering and Computer Graphics.
