Jörgen Kihlgren

Jörgen Kihlgren is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in coaching, career guidance, and organizational development. They currently serve as the Operations Manager for Guidance and Counseling at CIKO, overseeing a team focused on supporting individuals in their career transitions. Previously, Jörgen held leadership roles, including as a Leadership Developer at Ledarna and Partner at Verto Konsult AB, where they specialized in outplacement services. Jörgen is also a co-author of two career-focused books and actively shares insights on leadership and labor market trends on social media platforms. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, and Economic History from Uppsala University.
