Tabitha Elwes

Tabitha Elwes is a Partner and co-leader of the media practice at CIL Management Consultants, specializing in the media, digital, and media technology industries on a global scale. They also lead initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at CIL, while providing strategic consulting for start-ups and established companies alike. Previously, Tabitha co-founded Prospero Strategy Consultants and led the global media practice at Spectrum Strategy Consultants. They served as a trustee for Fine Cell Work, an organization focused on providing support and education in prisons. Tabitha holds a BA from the University of Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
