Tien Tran

Tien Tran is an Analyst at CIL Management Consultants, specializing in commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation for mid-market private equity clients since March 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Programming and Invitation Manager at The Berkeley Forum, where Tien managed events and speaker engagement, and co-founding the Young Entrepreneurs Program at Berkeley. Tien's internship at PwC focused on deals advisory, providing strategic recommendations for a Southeast Asian port operator. As a Project Manager at 180 Degrees Consulting, Tien led projects for Save the Children International and consulted for the World Bank on urban transformation. Additional experience includes a Management Consulting Internship at AustinCSI, financial auditing at PwC, and academic pursuits in Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley, where Tien is pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Data Science.
