Murat Bulca

Murat Bulca has extensive experience in operations management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at Çilek since September 2007, Murat has held various leadership roles within the company, including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, R&D Director, and R&D Manager, along with earlier positions as Lean Manufacture Supervisor and Assistant Production Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Artema Faucets Division from May 2000 to 2007, where Murat contributed as a Production Planning and Control Specialist, Production Specialist, and Method Development Specialist. Murat began the professional journey at GEMSAN A.Ş. as a Field Engineer from July 1998 to July 1999. Academically, Murat holds a Master of Business Administration from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Eskişehir Osmangazi University.
