Sinan Bayır

Sinan Bayır is the Quality Assurance Manager at Çilek, where they aim to leverage their technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to contribute to the organization’s goals. They completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at Karabük University, where they focused their thesis on Lean Production in automotive and textile firms. Sinan has engaged in practical applications of Lean Production techniques, including 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban, at two different companies. They previously held various roles within Çilek, including Product Management Engineer and Quality Assurance Specialist, and had a training experience at ISKO™.
