Tolga Kiriş

Tolga Kiriş is the Deputy General Manager at Çilek, focusing on investment and modernization activities, as well as coordinating maintenance and revision processes. They previously held positions such as Production Manager and Production Director at the same company, where they achieved notable awards for process efficiency in Turkey. With a background in mechanical engineering from Sivas Cumhuriyet University and an MBA from Bilkent University, Tolga is dedicated to continual development and the implementation of new technologies in production management. Their expertise includes Lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0 initiatives, and the establishment of new factories and production lines.
