Matt Huggett's work experience includes being a Partner and CILEX Lawyer at Carbon Law Partners since 2018. Matt is also the Founder of Brightstar HR starting in 2023. Matt Huggett attended the CILEX Law School from 2003 to 2008, specializing in the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at the University of the West of England from 1998 to 2000. Matt completed their undergraduate studies in Business Studies at the University of Derby from 1989 to 1992. Matt Huggett completed their secondary education at St Laurence School in Bradford-on-Avon from 1982 to 1989.

CILEX (The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) is the professional association and governing body for Chartered Legal Executive lawyers, other legal practitioners and paralegals.
