Mark Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mark currently serves as the Customer Success EMEA Lead at CIM, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineer at CIM from February 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining CIM, Mark worked at Ashdown Controls Group as a Senior BMS Engineer from August 2015 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Controls Engineer at Environmental & Process Automation Limited from March 2002 to August 2015.

Mark's earlier experience includes working as an HVAC Maintenance Engineer at Master Air Services from November 2000 to March 2002, an Industrial Controls Electrician at Hughes & Coyle from May 1999 to November 2000, and an Apprentice Electrician at Redwood Control Systems from January 1995 to January 1999.

Mark Ryan earned a Junior & Senior Trade Certificate in Electrical Trade from the Dublin Institute of Technology between 1995 and 1999.
