Senior Project Engineer at CIM

Navin Paramne has a diverse range of work experience in engineering roles. Navin is currently working at CIM as a Senior Project Engineer, where they have been since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at CIM from March 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining CIM, Navin worked at Medina Engineering Pty. Ltd as a Junior Engineer from July 2017 to March 2018. Navin also gained experience as a Production Coordinator at Tempe Tyres from February 2017 to June 2017.

Navin's earlier work experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Wollongong from March 2016 to November 2016, where they conducted research on TiO2 Nano-additive water-based lubricant in hot rolling of steel. Navin also worked as an Engineering Intern at Enware Australia Pty Limited in July 2015, where they designed, manufactured, and tested systems in the R&D department.

Further back, Navin worked as a Summer Trainee at Maharashtra State Power Generation Co. Limited (Mahagenco) in May 2014, gaining experience in the operation of an underground hydro-power station. Navin also served as an Engineering Intern at The Automotive Research Association of India from March 2013 to January 2014, where they led a project on designing and developing a Speed Dependent Fuel Injection Timing Device.

Navin Paramne has developed a strong background in engineering through their various work experiences, showcasing their skills and expertise in different roles and industries.

Navin Paramne completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University between the years 2010 and 2014. Navin then pursued their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wollongong from 2015 to 2017.
