David Wellspring

David Wellspring has a diverse work history in the real estate and infrastructure industry. David started their career at Callison as an Associate Architectural Designer, where they worked from June 2006 to May 2011. David then joined Jonathan Rose Companies as a Project Management Intern in the Development Practice, where they worked from January 2012 to August 2012. Since 2012, they have been with CIM Group, starting as an Analyst in Development and progressing to Associate, Associate Vice President, Vice President, and finally, 1st Vice President. CIM Group is a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator, lender, and developer. David Wellspring has demonstrated a broad knowledge of the industry and has been involved in various roles at different levels of responsibility.

David Wellspring received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Miami University, which they attended from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation in 2011 and 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, David also obtained additional certifications, including Legacy LEED AP - NC v.2.2 from the U.S. Green Building Council in July 2009 and the Intern Development Program (IDP) from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) in May 2005.
