Robert Conroy

Robert Conroy has a diverse background in the real estate and investment industry. Robert currently holds the position of Associate Vice President, Investments at CIM Group, where they focus on acquiring net-lease properties. Previously, they worked at EY as a Senior Associate in Transaction Real Estate, handling buy-side and sell-side transactions. Before that, they were an Associate at Land Advisors Organization, specializing in deal formation and execution in the capital stack. Robert also served as an Investment Associate at Heritage Reef Capital and an M&A Analyst at Apex Consulting Solutions, where they worked on valuation models for a large acquisition.

Robert Conroy earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entomology from Cornell University, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Financial Modeling from New York University. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Robert also holds additional certifications such as Arizona Real Estate License from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, Bloomberg Terminal - BESS from Bloomberg LP, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) from the New York State Department of Health, REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate - Levels 1,2,3, With Distinction from Real Estate Financial Modeling, Series 3 - National Commodities Futures Examination from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and Series 34 - Retail Off-Exchange Forex Examination from the National Futures Association.
