Yi Chen

Yi (Alice) Chen is a seasoned professional in real estate investment, portfolio, and asset management with over eight years of experience across multiple cities, including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. They began their career in a management rotation program at Shui On Land, where they engaged in various projects in investment, development, and asset management. Yi has also held positions as an associate manager and summer associate at Corridor Holdings Corp and Aquamarine Investment Partners. They earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they were actively involved in various real estate clubs and competitions. Currently, Yi serves as Associate Vice President of Portfolio Oversight at CIM Group.
