Cameron Braun

Cameron Braun began their career as an Engineering Summer Student at Husky Energy in 1990. Cameron then worked as an Engineering Assistant at Monenco Consultants Ltd. in 1991. From 1992 to 1999, they served as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Keen Engineering. In 2000, they joined Johnson Controls as an Engineering Core Team Leader until 2004. Cameron then worked at Associated Engineering as a Specialist, Mechanical in the Industrial and Buildings Division from 2004 to 2017. Currently, they are an Associate Partner | Director of Buildings Engineering at CIMA+.

Cameron Braun completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan between 1988 and 1992. Cameron obtained their first certification as a Professional Engineer (PEng.) from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in 1995. Later, they earned another certification as a Professional Engineer (PEng.) from Engineers and Geoscientists BC in 2017. Additionally, Cameron obtained a 2nd DAN Black Belt from the World Taekwondo Federation in June 2013. Finally, they hold a certification as a LEED Accredited Professional BD&C from the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
