Dale Dionne, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, is an experienced strategic leader with over 30 years in the civil engineering industry. They held positions such as Executive Vice President at TMIG and Vice President at T.Y. Lin International, specializing in Municipal and Transportation Design. Dale obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa. Currently, they serve as Vice President at CIMA+ in Ontario.
