Emeka Balakumar

Emeka Balakumar is a skilled marketing and proposal specialist with a strong background in coordinating proposals, enhancing branding, and managing marketing communications. Currently serving as a Proposal Advisor at CIMA+ since January 2026, Emeka previously worked at TYLin in various marketing roles, where contributions included coordinating RFPs and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Emeka also gained valuable experience as a Marketing and Proposal Intern at Stephenson Engineering, developing case studies and updating branding materials. Additionally, leadership roles in student organizations, such as Orientation Co-Chair for the Undergraduate Business Society and Vice President of the Women Empowerment Club, highlighted Emeka's event management and team coordination skills. Emeka holds a degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and is pursuing a Certificate in French at Toronto Metropolitan University.
