Emmanuel Charrois

Emmanuel Charrois has extensive experience in project management and strategic advisory roles within the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as a Chargé de projet - Associé délégué at CIMA+ since January 2021, Emmanuel previously held the position of Conseiller stratégique at the Secrétariat du Conseil du trésor du Québec, focusing on major transportation infrastructure projects exceeding 100 million dollars. Prior to that, Emmanuel worked at LVM inc. from May 2011 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leading geotechnical projects and serving as the technical coordinator for Eastern Québec, as well as co-chairing the Canadian Geotechnical Committee. Earlier experience at Inspec-Sol (Québec) Inc. from May 2008 to May 2011 involved project management duties. Emmanuel holds a degree in Geological Engineering and Civil Engineering from Université Laval, earned between 2004 and 2008.
