Hooman Ghassemi is a Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the design and management of hydropower and dam projects. Currently serving as Project Director at CIMA+, Hooman previously held the position of Technical Director for Dams and Hydropower at GHD from 2021 to 2024. Hooman's earlier roles include Civil Engineer at Jyane Construction Company and Pazhouhab Consulting Engineers, where they specialized in RCC dam projects. Hooman holds a Master of Applied Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Ottawa, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Tehran.
