Isabelle Charpentier graduated from École de technologie supérieure in 1998 with a degree in construction engineering. They have extensive experience in the transportation and mobility engineering fields, specializing in project management and development, particularly in road signage and urban planning. As of 2024, Isabelle serves as the Première Directrice principale - Génie de la mobilité Québec at CIMA+, having previously held the position of Directrice de projets since 1998, where they led a team of professionals in signage. Additionally, Isabelle has been an active member of the Comité technique consultatif sur la signalisation routière du Québec since 2005 and has served as an associate director since June 2011.
