James Borthwick

James Borthwick, P.Eng. is a Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Engineer at CIMA+ since 2018, with notable prior experience at StruthersTech as an Electrical Engineer from 2015 to 2017, and at ANDRITZ AUTOMATION Ltd. as a Project Engineer from 2011 to 2015. In 2010, James completed an internship in P&C Commissioning Engineering at BC Hydro, where research and development of new commissioning standards for substations were conducted. James also contributed to a Lithium-Ion battery test bench project at Plug Power and led professional development initiatives for engineering students at UBC. James holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
