Julie Martel

Julie Martel, CRHA, is a bilingual HR professional specializing in talent and culture. They currently serve as a Senior HR Business Partner at CIMA+, where they are a member of the committee on reconciliation with Indigenous peoples. Previously, Julie held roles at RCGT and Reitmans Canada, and they bring extensive experience from positions in customer service and store management. Julie is also trained in mental health first aid and is dedicated to fostering manager and employee development through trust and collaboration. They continue their education at Collège de Maisoneuve and Synesys.
