Katia Millaire

Katia Millaire, CRHA, is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Associée Déléguée and Directrice - Partenaires d'affaires Ressources Humaines at CIMA+ since March 2019. Prior to this, Katia held the position of Directrice Ressources Humaines / HR Manager at Sogefi Group from January 2005 to March 2019, where responsibilities included strategic consulting and coaching for management on various HR strategies, such as talent management, leadership development, change management, and employee experience. Katia holds a Baccalauréat en Relations Industrielles from Université de Montréal, earned between 2002 and 2005.
