Mathieu Lemay

Mathieu Lemay graduated in 2002 from École Polytechnique de Montréal with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and has focused their career on hydraulics and hydrology. They gained extensive experience in the design of hydraulic structures, actively coordinating hydraulic, geotechnical, civil, and mechanical disciplines. Currently, as a Partner and Vice President of Hydropower and Dams at CIMA+, they oversee multidisciplinary teams in Montreal and Quebec. Mathieu also leads expertise in river and maritime hydraulics, specializing in various hydraulic structures and related studies. Prior to this role, they held positions at AECOM, Hydrosys Experts-Conseils inc., Groupe Conseil LaSalle, and HydroCosmos SA.
